This weekend we got up to some photography development, watch the video or come along to space and check it out.
Also we have the CNC cutting again on aluminum.
We made the second home made foundry with an old propain tank and fire extinguisher watch video for some instructions on build.
Took around 25 minutes to melt first block of stainless and then took another 5 minutes per extra bock we added. we have break down of build under images below.
Started today with more screen printing making up stencils on acetate. Process involved was a follows.

Next Saturday 5th November, we’re holding our regular open social from
about 7pm till late. All welcome. If you haven’t been in to see the
space, this is a great opportunity to visit, meet the TOG gang and other
visitors. We’ll have music and the rubens tube going, and maybe the bbq
too. Plus whatever other gadgets we can rustle up.
BYOB, food, gadgets! See you from around 7pm.
PS: We also have our electronics build-it workshop from 3pm on Sat 5th

This was part of this months hackathon, to build a marshmallow shooter .
This weekends Hackathon went very well with us building a high powered marshmallow gun running off an air compressor and running through a 1″ pipe. Check out the video below for how it was built and to see it working.
